All items are made to order through our print-on-demand partners.

Processing takes 2–5 business days, and U.S. delivery typically requires 3–7 business days after dispatch.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

4. Returns & Refunds

Because every product is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact.zenorastudio@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement free of charge.
